Keep The image is of high-quality and very useful, illustrating a) the use of AI tools to visualize how long-dead people may have looked like at realistic detail b) how Cleopatra may have looked like based on the things used for this image and c) use of control net (as described in the file description made using Stable Diffusion (Jib Mix Realistic XL V7) with the Bust of Cleopatra VII in the Altes Museum Berlin as Depth Control-net
