Professional Kitchen Remodelers Since 1988.
Some of the best custom cabinets are made in our own
backyard in Amish country, Ohio. We are fortunate to have
homegrown oak, cherry, poplar and hickory  grown locally and
used in custom kitchen cabinets. When you are ready for a new
kitchen let us show you the quality of the Amish cabinets. Then,
we can compare prices with the finest in the industry. You will be
surprised.

Countertops
When we started in business granite countertops were basically
non-existent. Instead countertop selections included  plastic
laminate (Formica, Wilson Art), Corian, or ceramic tile. Today it is
granite, quartz, Zodiac or Caesar Stone. High end laminates are
also popular.

Kitchen Repairs Done Promptly, Efficiently
We have hundreds of parts, pieces and odds and ends to fix or
replace any fixture in your kitchen. Even if parts are discontinued
we may have something in our warehouse. We take pride to

 Kitchen Design Services
Back in 1988 the owner of Housecalls, Ben Spofford, began
his business in Shaker Heights, Ohio. The company was
known as the Kitchen and Bath Company. Prior to this Ben was
a kitchen and bath designer for Somrak Kitchens in Solon.

At that time there were no territories available for the better
known brand name cabinet lines such as Wood Mode, Quaker
Maid, Rutt and others. Unfazed by this temporary setback he
travelled throughout the Ohio Valley looking for the best Amish
cabinetmakers in the area.

the quality and workmanship equalled if not surpassed the
name brands.  Amish cabinetry has a reputation for superior
quality with hand-rubbed finishes. Each piece is made from
locally harvested wood stock from locally-grown oaks,
maples, cherry and poplar.  To anyone who has experienced
the Amish cabinets the quality is no surprise.

What surprises many is the Amish custom-made cabinets
